From Personal Promise to a Proven Standard

Our foundation began with a crisis, and a calling. In 1996, after Jimmy Simpson suffered an anoxic brain injury, his wife Carol discovered a heartbreaking gap in lifelong care options. Determined to help others facing the same struggle, she founded The Jimmy Simpson Foundation in 1998. Today, we remain guided by our core values: Dignity, Respect, Community, Integrity, Collaboration, and Hope.
